[Case Study] Small Dual-Fluid Automatic Gun
It is possible to apply a small amount using low-pressure air! A case that contributed to the reduction of release agent consumption and environmental improvement.
We would like to introduce a case study of a major confectionery manufacturer that implemented a small-sized two-fluid automatic spray gun. At this manufacturer, release oil was applied manually to the trays, and to ensure proper application, a larger amount was sprayed, leading to excessive application and increased costs for the release oil, which became a concern. Additionally, the mist dispersion causing contamination in the surrounding area was also an issue. With the introduction of the small-sized two-fluid automatic spray gun, it became possible to apply the minimum necessary amount of release oil, suppressing the mist dispersion and reducing usage. [Case Overview (Partial)] ■ Challenges - Excessive application due to manual spraying, leading to increased costs - Contamination in the surrounding area due to mist dispersion ■ Product Introduced: Micro Two-Fluid Nozzle *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
