[Case Study] Hand Spray (Western Confectionery Manufacturer)
Improving the reproducibility of spray! Introduction of a case that significantly reduced labor costs and the consumption of fruit sauce.
We would like to introduce a case where a Western confectionery manufacturer, which has a wide range of confectionery products, implemented a hand spray gun and a heated pressure tank unit. For the crepe-type cakes, the process of applying fruit sauce was done manually with a brush. Since it was not possible to apply a precise amount, the actual application was excessive to ensure it did not fall below the specified amount. As a result of introducing the hand spray gun and heated pressure tank unit, many problems were solved by switching from manual brush application to the hand gun, and improvements in quality were also achieved through increased reproducibility. [Case Overview (Partial)] ■ Issues - Excessive application - Variability in application amounts among individuals ■ Products Introduced - Heated spray gun with liquid circulation for insulation *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
