[Case Study] Conveyor Cleaning Nozzle

Improved cleaning efficiency! Introducing examples of achieving the avoidance of secondary contamination and hazardous work, as well as reducing labor costs.

Here is a case study of the introduction of conveyor cleaning nozzles to a major bread manufacturer. The mesh conveyor used for transport accumulated dough residue, necessitating regular cleaning. Manual cleaning was not only labor-intensive but also posed risks due to the high pressure of 15 MPa, leading to multiple issues such as dirt scattering and secondary contamination. By introducing a dedicated rotating nozzle for conveyor cleaning, we were able to suppress the occurrence of secondary contamination and eliminate the cleaning work, thereby reducing labor costs. [Case Overview (Partial)] ■Challenges - Labor involved in manual cleaning - Risks associated with high-pressure work - Occurrence of secondary contamination ■Products Introduced - Conveyor cleaning rotating nozzle unit MDRN - Conveyor cleaning rotating nozzle NRAJ-V *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
