We would like to introduce a case where the "FloMax dual-fluid nozzle" was implemented at a coal producer in the United States. The company needed to dissipate methane gas in the underground mine to eliminate the risk of ignition, but the single-fluid nozzle equipped on the continuous miner could not generate the small particles necessary to humidify the surrounding area. After the implementation, the safety of the coal mine was ensured, and it became possible to mine areas that were previously undeveloped.
