The "HM-200" is an eddy current automatic hardness testing/material differentiation device that supports two types of inspections: hardened hardness (HMC series) and foreign material contamination (DMC series). A master (reference standard) with a specified hardness material is placed in the center of one of the two detection coils, which are excited at the test frequency, while the workpiece (the item to be inspected) is introduced into the other coil.
