Utilizing BARIAS flame-retardant grade polyurea resin, it demonstrates self-extinguishing properties with an oxygen index of 22.8% (JIS K 7201). In normal air, combustion is difficult to sustain, which helps to suppress the spread of flames. Additionally, it maintains its shape even at 120°C, combining heat resistance with high durability against UV rays and impacts. It is also easy to restore even after being stepped on by a forklift, reducing the frequency of replacements due to cracks or chips. The standard size is 700mm in height and weighs approximately 1.2kg, making it stable and resistant to being blown over by the wind. Available in red as standard, it also supports customization for printing, reflective sheets, colors, and sizes, achieving long-lasting safety signage for both indoor and outdoor use. It provides peace of mind in environments with many flammable materials, such as measures against welding sparks, clear indication of "No Open Flames" areas, and restrictions on access around hazardous materials and gas facilities.
