We have developed the "Insulation Protective Sheet BST-23," which, despite its thin profile, combines thermal insulation and penetration resistance at high temperatures. This uniquely developed sheet can withstand temperatures of up to 1300°C for a short period, making it possible to prevent the spread of fire to surrounding components by installing it within the casing in the event that a product equipped with a lithium-ion battery catches fire. Additionally, by adhering the 1mm thick insulation protective sheet BST-23 to a metal plate, we achieve thermal insulation effects of approximately 1000°C. *The thickness can be adjusted according to requirements.
