Emergency Disconnection Device "Safety Breakaway" [Fluid Connector]

A safety device that automatically activates during natural disasters or unpredictable emergencies at sea! A coupling that can minimize fluid leakage!

This is a safety device that automatically activates in the event of unpredictable phenomena such as natural disasters or human errors like forgetting to disengage. It minimizes fluid leakage, preventing environmental destruction caused by leaks. The durability temperature varies by product, but it can handle temperatures from -196°C to 150°C. The product lineup includes seven types: ABS, ABH, ACS, ACH, MBS, MBH, and KBH (connection lines range from 1 inch to a maximum of 12 inches). The A series (ABS/ABH/ACS/ABH) is intended for general industrial use. The M series (MBS/MBH) is designed for marine applications. The K series (KBH) is for ultra-low temperature use. Each series has its own characteristics. Please feel free to contact us for more details.

basic information

<Product Lineup> 【ABS/ABH】 - Separation function: Stress is transmitted to the coupling, causing separation - For use in general industrial applications 【ACS/ACH】 - Separation due to tensile force of the cable (no force is transmitted to the coupling) - For use in general industrial applications 【MBS/MBH】 - Stress is transmitted to the coupling, causing separation - For use in offshore applications 【KBH】 - Stress is transmitted to the coupling, causing separation - For use with cryogenic fluids - Usable down to -196°C (liquid nitrogen/liquid oxygen/liquid ammonia) <Product Information> *Varies by product. Please contact us for details. - Connection size: DN25 to DN300 (1 inch to 12 inches) - Flow path: 25mm to 150mm - Allowable pressure: 2.5Mpa to 4Mpa - Allowable temperature: -196°C to 150°C
