Robustness, safety, reliability • Protected against water and dust (IP68, IP6K9K) in the mated condition according to IEC 60529 • Protected against solid objects larger than 12.5 mm (IP2X) in the mated condition • Vibration resistance • Suitable for operating temperatures up to 180 °C HVIL with a two-stage unlocking system • The time delay between the high voltage interlock loop (HVIL) disconnection and power contact disconnection allows for the following: - HVIL is disconnected in the first stage of unlocking - Power contacts are only disconnected in the second stage of the unlocking procedure • Protection against accidental disconnection that could cause life-threatening arc flash High-quality EMC shielding • High shielding efficiency achieved through multiple contact points • 360° shielding: evenly distributed shielding contacts around the power contacts Mechanical coding and color coding • Selection from four different mechanical codes to prevent mismating • Color coding system ensures safety and facilitates easy identification of related connector pairs
