Originally necessary installation area of 12m² reduced to 4.5m²! Achieving space-saving and reduced running costs.
We would like to introduce a case where Company A has implemented a "combined adsorption catalyst combustion device." The company was required to install exhaust gas treatment equipment, but the conventional device they were considering required an installation area of 12m², making space-saving a challenge. Additionally, proposals for space-saving by changing the sterilization process time were stalled due to the need for extensive validation that would incur significant costs and time. Therefore, they requested our assistance, and we successfully reduced the installation area to a total of 4.5m². There was no need to change the exhaust process, and by using electric heaters as the heat source, we also achieved a reduction in running costs.
