[Case Study] Direct Combustion Catalyst System
Solving the challenges of exhaust gas treatment containing moisture that is unsuitable for activated carbon! Adjusting the exhaust process to be handled by a single device.
We would like to introduce a case where Company D, which owns three EOG sterilizers, has implemented a direct combustion catalyst system. The company uses a water-sealed vacuum pump, resulting in a situation where exhaust gases are discharged mixed with water. Therefore, it was not possible to consider a system that uses activated carbon, which is unsuitable for handling exhaust gases containing moisture. As a result, they adopted our product and successfully processed the exhaust gases from multiple sterilizers with a single unit by staggering the exhaust process. 【Case Overview】 ■ Situation before implementation: Owned three EOG sterilizers and used a water-sealed vacuum pump ■ Challenge: Exhaust gases are discharged mixed with water, making activated carbon unusable ■ Adopted system: Direct combustion catalyst system ■ Operation: Processed with a single unit by staggering the exhaust process ■ Future goal: Reduce fuel costs for gas burners *For more details, please feel free to contact us.
