We would like to introduce a case study that addresses the challenges of small-batch, diverse slitting processing using our "Wire Cut Electric Discharge Machining Contamachine." We received a request for slitting processing on a regular basis, but the number of personnel capable of using metal saws or horizontal milling machines has been decreasing, and there was a desire for automation. In response, we proposed our product, which is easy to implement as a cost-effective solution, and its simple operability meets the necessary precision and surface roughness, leading to customer satisfaction. Additionally, we have included processing examples from two companies in our catalog.
