[Case Study] Cutting Processing of Difficult-to-Cut Materials and Special Materials (Cemented Carbide and cBN)

We would like to introduce a case study where we solved the challenges of machining difficult-to-cut materials using our "Wire Cut Electric Discharge Machining Contamination Machine." In difficult-to-cut material processing, it is often the case that "tools do not last long," leading to rapid tool wear. Additionally, the tools themselves are specialized and therefore expensive. We received a request to improve both cost and productivity through automation. We proposed our product, which is easy to introduce as a cost-effective solution, and the simple operability met the necessary requirements for precision and surface roughness, resulting in customer satisfaction. Furthermore, we have also introduced machining examples from two companies in the catalog.
