Impact-absorbing material for indoor golf practice and simulation golf bar walls.
Cushioning material that suppresses ball rebound: urethane foam processed sponge mat.
This is a low-cost sponge mat that can be attached to walls, processed with urethane foam as a cushioning and shock-absorbing material. - After processing thick sponge and attaching it to a special wooden frame, it is covered with tarpaulin fabric. - It can be used as a cushioning panel or shock-absorbing mat to reduce the rebound when a ball hits the wall during indoor golf practice, simulation golf, or at golf bars. *For more details, please contact us directly.
basic information
If you use low-rebound sponge as a cushion, I don't think it's necessary to have a structure like urethane foam, sponge, and a wooden frame, but it will become expensive. Additionally, in the case of high-density low-rebound urethane, the weight makes it difficult to attach it with Velcro on the back. Therefore, I recommend using a low-rebound, inexpensive, lightweight material for the sponge itself. In our case, we only process the sponge inside, but we can also handle products and consultations that include covers and wooden frames through our outsourcing partners. *Please note that it serves only as a supplementary role, such as being used behind ball-proof or protective nets. In the case of the panel shown as an example, if it hits the frame part, the ball will bounce back due to the structure. *For more details, please contact us directly.
