Sound-absorbing and soundproofing materials processed for use in spaces with no echo, anechoic chambers, and soundproof rooms.
Examples of processing sound-absorbing materials for acoustic control.
An environment with little echo is called a free sound field, and a soundproof room is created to achieve this environment indoors. It can be used as sponge-type soundproofing and sound-absorbing materials for practice rooms, recording booths, and measurement instrument soundproof rooms. Sound-absorbing parts made by processing continuous waveboard sound-absorbing sheets into wedge shapes. By cutting the continuous waveboard sound-absorbing sheets, similar to corrugated iron, to the desired size and arranging them in a wedge shape, they become wedge-shaped sound-absorbing parts as shown in the photo. By combining and sticking them alternately, the appearance becomes neat. The photo shows a thickness of 50mm with a size of 225mm square. The original sound-absorbing sheet is approximately 900×1800mm, so sizes like 300mm square, 450mm square, and 900mm square are recommended to avoid wasting materials. *For more details, please contact us directly.
