【Features】 ○ A cleaning agent that removes impurities inside the cylinder of a plastic injection molding machine without disassembling the cylinder or screw. ○ Used by adding approximately 3% of Colatex to plastic pellets for color changes, resin changes, or during long runs in plastic molding. ○ Removes impurities through the synergistic effect of physical and chemical cleaning, thanks to the action of special abrasives and surfactants. ○ Excellent performance in removing deposits such as pigment, resin residues, and rust. ○ The special abrasives clean the inside of the cylinder without scratching plated screws, as they break down during the cleaning process. ○ Colatex is also effective in removing oxides from metal surfaces and is insoluble in water. ○ Ammonia odor. ● For more details, please contact us.
