Simplification of motor bearings
Issues: At Company O in Tohoku, the bearing for small motors was changed from pairing to a leaf spring with the aim of streamlining the number of parts and processes. However, in durability tests, it did not reach the standard (500 hours at high temperatures) after 250 hours, which became a problem.
