Issues: At Company T in the Kansai region, stirring is conducted in the vacuum system to promote evaporation within the vacuum dryer. However, the lubricant used in the ball joint for power transmission has been volatilizing, leading to frequent joint failures. The conditions within the system were harsh, with temperatures ranging from 70 to 100°C and vacuum levels of 10^-3 to 10^-5 TORR. Solution: Bilar VG-HT does not volatilize in a vacuum and has excellent adhesiveness and extreme pressure properties, preventing joint failures caused by lubricant volatilization.
