SUGATSUNE INDUSTRIAL, a manufacturer of mechanical components, has released a new product line called "Hygienic Products"! The term "hygienic" means "sanitary" in English. These mechanical components are ideal for food factories and medical settings where hygiene management is essential. The new product information magazine LAMP NEWS features five new products, which can be downloaded from the link below. ● Easy to Clean These mechanical components are made of stainless steel with chamfered edges and a mirror finish, resulting in a shiny appearance. They comply with IP65/67/69K standards. The handle has no protrusions, and the keyhole design minimizes debris accumulation, making cleaning and sanitizing easy, which is perfect for maintaining a clean environment in food factories! ● No Metal Dust Generation This magnetic catch is wrapped in soft silicone to reduce noise and prevent the generation of metal dust during adhesion. ● Other New Products We also feature a slim type of heat-resistant magnetic catch and a compact type of silicone magnetic catch. *The resin parts of the Hygienic Products use blue silicone. Since the resin cannot be detected by X-ray inspection machines or metal detectors, we have chosen blue for easy visual inspection in case of accidental contamination.
