Clean Hinge HG-CV and HG-CV-65N Type ● The sliding part is equipped with a resin cap, preventing wear between metals and eliminating the dispersion of metal dust. ● A detachable type (HG-CV-65N Type) is also available for easy removal and insertion. Clean Hinge HG-CV-127 ● The built-in thrust bearing and needle bearing in the sliding part reduce wear between metals. ● The sliding part is covered with a seal to prevent the dispersion of metal dust. Clean Magnet Catch ● The magnet is wrapped in resin to prevent rust and eliminate the generation of metal dust. Clean Stay ● This stay holds the door in the fully open position. It releases when the door is lifted slightly while in the fully open state. ● The resin parts in the sliding section prevent wear between metals, and the resin cover further prevents the dispersion of metal dust.
