This is a quiet, safe, and environmentally friendly electric high-pressure hot water cleaner composed of a SUS electric heating hot water tank (with simple insulation) and a high-pressure washer.
In environments such as food-related and pharmaceutical companies where high-pressure hot water cleaning is desired but the use of fire as a heat source is not allowed, this system is also ideal for reducing and improving environmental impact through ISO 14000 certification. Since it generates hot water using electric heaters, it is environmentally friendly, quiet, and safe. The capacity of the cleaning machine can be customized with different models depending on the application. This device supplies hot water from the hot water tank directly to the high-pressure cleaner for spraying, but it can also be configured to mix cold water using a mixing valve to achieve the required temperature before supplying it to the high-pressure cleaner. In this case, since cold water is mixed in, the resulting hot water temperature will be lower, but it allows for reduced running costs and the possibility of combining with a cleaning machine that has a larger water output. Of course, piping can also be arranged to supply hot water directly from the hot water tank to the cleaning machine.

Two sheath heaters installed in a thermally insulated SUS tank heat the water stored in the tank to the set temperature. The hot water produced here is sent to the high-pressure cleaner for high-pressure spraying. It can be combined with various high-pressure cleaners of different capacities depending on the cleaning application. In the case of the device shown in the photo, it has a water flow rate of 900 L/H and a water pressure of about 9 MPa. When high-pressure hot water cleaning is required in an environment where fire cannot be used, it becomes possible to perform high-pressure hot water cleaning using clean energy.
