Gate-type non-brush high-pressure washer
It is a gantry-style high-pressure washer that uses a powerful rotating nozzle. It allows for 360-degree high-pressure brushless cleaning just by passing through the gate.
This is a gantry car wash that can high-pressure wash most parts of the vehicle just by passing through it. For example, the gate section can be removed, allowing it to be used solely as a washing machine for the lower part of the vehicle. If only the lower part is being cleaned, a smaller high-pressure washer can be used, and there is no need for the gate or the nozzles attached to it. It is suitable for removing de-icing agents in snowy regions and for cleaning the undersides of vehicles entering and exiting factories (removing mud and dirt). It is a brushless type that does not use brushes, significantly reducing the risk of damaging the vehicle's body, and it can high-pressure wash areas like the wheel wells and the underside of the vehicle where brushes cannot reach. This is a brushless gantry car wash machine. When combined with our high-pressure washer (either cold or hot water type), it removes dirt through high-pressure spraying. By using a straight nozzle base with a rotating nozzle (effective range: over 1.5m), it achieves powerful cleaning capability, and compared to commonly used fan-shaped nozzles, it requires fewer nozzles, thus saving water. With a typical fan-shaped nozzle, the spray is dispersed, causing the high-pressure spray to lose its force, and in the case of hot water spraying, the heat loss after spraying becomes significant. To prevent this, bringing the nozzle closer to the vehicle reduces the cleaning area per nozzle, resulting in the need to install more nozzles. Our cleaning device with a rotating nozzle uses a straight nozzle that does not disperse the spray, allowing for powerful cleaning even at a distance of 1.5m, while minimizing heat loss after spraying. Additionally, by rotating the spray in a conical shape, the cleaning area per nozzle is wide, enabling effective cleaning with fewer nozzles and less water. Moreover, it can wash areas such as the wheel wells and the underside of the vehicle.
