Lithuanian IBS coating optical system manufacturer Optoman has developed IBS coated mirrors for ArF excimer lasers (193nm). They have achieved a reflectivity of over 98% at an incidence angle of 45°. Optoman is looking for individuals to monitor this product. Size and incidence angle are negotiable.
