It is a single-mode optical fiber that can accommodate wavelengths from UV to mid-infrared.

Manufacturer: art photonics (Germany) This is a fluoride glass fiber that enables the transmission of mid-infrared light while being a single-mode fiber. It has a wavelength range of 0.3 to 5.5 µm and offers various core diameters from 6.5 to 14 µm. The fiber material is based on either indium fluoride or zirconium fluoride, each with different characteristics.
