The VECSEL (Vertical External-Cavity Surface-Emitting Laser) type single-frequency laser can be manufactured in the range of 350nm to 2150nm, featuring a maximum power of 10W in the near-infrared range and an instantaneous linewidth of 100Hz. It is the only choice for precision measurement applications that require space-saving and high output.
