◆ Single-stage compression type: Suitable for small test machines, with low discharge volume for pressurization, where efficiency is not very important for pressure equipment. * The maximum discharge pressure is (area ratio) × (driving air pressure). ◆ Single-stage compression type: Compared to the AG type, it has approximately double the discharge volume per cycle and benefits from the suction gas pressure assisting the discharge pressure, making it suitable for applications requiring large flow rates at medium to low pressure. * The maximum discharge pressure is [(area ratio) × (driving air pressure)] + (suction gas pressure). ◆ Double-stage compression type: * As a double-stage compression type, it has good discharge volume and can achieve a high compression ratio (up to 1:100) as a booster. ◆ Multi-stage compression type: By connecting multiple units of the above types in series, it can be used for pressure lines requiring high compression ratios (up to 250:1 or more) and large flow rates. ● The HASKEL gas booster is an all-air driven pressure-boosting compressor that applies the area ratio of the drive piston to the pressure piston. ● The HASKEL gas booster consists of a drive piston with a large area and a gas piston with a smaller area connected to it. ● Therefore, by applying low-pressure air to the drive piston, high-pressure gas can be generated on the gas piston side. ● This area ratio is standard for the model, allowing for the generation of low pressure (-1.5, -4, -7), medium pressure (-15, -30, -62), and high pressure (-75, -152, -233). ● For example, if 5 BAR of low-pressure air is applied to a gas booster with an area ratio of -15, high-pressure gas of 5×15=75 BAR will be generated on the gas piston side.
