Sanitary diaphragm pump (air-driven)
This is a diaphragm pump ideal for the transfer of food, drinking water, and cosmetics in industrial applications.
We have a system that automatically performs cleaning and disinfection for CIP (Clean-in-Place) and SIP (Sterilization-in-Place) without the need to disassemble and reassemble the pump. It features a clamp design that allows for quick removal without tools. The wetted parts and external finish are made of sanitary electropolished stainless steel (SUS). No issues with bacterial growth. The diaphragm is made of high-purity TFM (PTFE) suitable for food grade. ○ Highest level of finishing → The wetted parts and external surfaces are finished with electropolishing for hygienic grade. ○ Clean air valve → The sealing system is oil-free. ○ Diverse connections → The pump connections adopt the DIN 11851 standard as standard.
