[Case Study Collection] Transporting flammable hazardous fluids! Optional all-stainless surface "Sanitary Diaphragm Pump"!

A chemical manufacturer inquired about transferring a flammable mixed fluid containing solid materials with a viscosity of approximately 2000 cps. Upon confirming the details, they expressed a preference for explosion-proof specifications, no water or oil treatment, and contamination-free conditions. Additionally, they requested that the surface be entirely stainless steel, as exposed resin was not acceptable. Therefore, we introduced a sanitary diaphragm pump. The housing and valve ball material is SUS316, and the diaphragm material is PTFE, so the wetted parts will be either SUS or PTFE only. Since exposed resin is not acceptable, the center housing was also made of SUS as an option, resulting in a surface that is entirely SUS.
