Pi's Autoflush is an automatic cleaning system that can be added to contamination processes where defects may occur. Autoflush can be used in combination with Pi's sensors for pH, ORP, free chlorine, total chlorine, ozone, chlorine dioxide, peracetic acid, and hydrogen peroxide (or combinations of these sensors), and consists of a large flow cell that automatically empties based on user-selected time intervals. It is installed in paper mills and food factories around the world. - Samples are discharged every "x" minutes (where "x" is adjustable), and the sensor and sensor housing are cleaned with fresh water. - The cleaning water washes the entire interior of the sensor housing and expels accumulated solids. - By repeatedly cleaning the sensor and sensor housing, it is possible to prevent the accumulation of solids, extend the lifespan of the sensor, and reduce maintenance frequency. - If wax or grease is accumulated, cleaning with warm water is possible. - By using the optional heavy-duty pinch valve, it is possible to achieve long lifespan and reduced maintenance frequency even in applications that contain fibrous materials. - Various versions are available depending on the water quality of the application. - The standard automatic cleaning device uses a large-diameter solenoid. For "applications containing fibrous materials," a pinch valve is used to avoid interference with the fibers in the sample. - Up to two sensors can be mounted on any automatic cleaning device.
