FluoriSense Fluoride Ion Meter

It is very stable without the use of reagents, and it is possible to reduce maintenance and lifecycle costs.

The FluoriSense series does not use TISAB, so pinpoint accuracy is not crucial, and it can only be used in applications where the ionic strength of the water is relatively stable. In many applications, fluoride ion meters are primarily used to verify whether flow proportional dosing is functioning effectively. In such applications, the FluoriSense series can be considered an ideal sensor, providing reliable measurement results that are low-cost and easy to install and monitor. By combining the CRONOS/CRIUS4.0 controller with the FluoriSense series sensors, flow proportional dosing can be performed without the need for PLCs or programming, and it can be controlled by all CRONOS/CRIUS4.0 systems. Adding the integration of SMART pumps from the CRIUS4.0 controller allows for the realization of an integrated dispensing system at a minimal cost compared to existing systems.

basic information

The FluoriSense series from PI Corporation employs the latest and highest quality fluoride ion sensors available worldwide to enable online measurement of fluoride ion concentration in any drinking water. This sensor is an ion-selective electrode (ISE) with a solid polymer reference electrode, which operates without reagents, is highly stable, and can reduce maintenance and lifecycle costs. • Continuous use for up to 2 years • Stable reliability – excellent process control • Compatible with all types of drinking water The sensors and flow cells of the FluoriSense series demonstrate similarly excellent performance across different communication, display, and control option devices. The FluoriSense series provides the necessary functions without excess or deficiency.
