LFE Corporation Process Analysis Equipment
It is possible to analyze a stable mixture of hydrogen and two types of noble gases over an extremely long period.
- Stable analysis of hydrogen and a mixture of two noble gases over an extremely long period. - Analysis possible in a minimum range of 0 to 5000 ppm. - Very limited range up to 99.5-100%. - Ultra-fast response time of T90 of 3 seconds. - For measuring process gases such as chlorine, hydrochloric acid, sulfur dioxide, and water, TCD cells are used. - Highly corrosion-resistant materials such as aluminum oxide, glass, and quartz are utilized. - Up to three components can be corrected to reduce mutual interference.
