Digital RS485 Inductive Sensor
Inductive conductivity/salinity/chlorine concentration sensors are designed for a wide range of conductivity and corrosion environment measurements, such as process water and wastewater treatment.
Leadtec's inductive conductivity, salinity, and chlorine concentration sensors are designed for measuring a wide range of conductivity and corrosive environments, such as process water and wastewater treatment. They can also accommodate highly conductive media and are compatible with coatings and oily substances.
basic information
It has a transmission coil based on electromagnetic induction, which induces voltage in the medium. This excites ions and generates a magnetic field with the exchange current. The sensor analyzes the strength of the current and determines the conductivity value. The detection element inside the sensor does not come into contact with the medium. <Specifications> - Measurement principle: Inductive conductivity - EC measurement range: 0-2/20/200/2000 mS/cm - EC accuracy: ±0.1% F.S - Salt measurement range: 0-72 g/kg - Salt concentration accuracy: ±0.1% g/kg - Acid-base accuracy: ±0.1% F.S - Main body material: PP/PFA - Temperature range: PP: 0-50℃, PP or PFA: 0-100℃ - Temperature accuracy: ±0.1℃ - Temperature compensation: 0-100℃ - Maximum flow rate: 3 m/s - Protection rating: IP68 - Power supply: 12 VDC - Cable length: 5 m bare wire cable - Thread connection: PP: G3 thread, PFA: 3/4" NPT thread
