The 905 model oxygen meter has been implemented in hundreds of food applications, including meats, fresh produce, pasta, nuts, snacks, dairy products, and coffee. It can be used in applications with very high oxygen concentrations (50-100%) without putting stress on the sensor. Additionally, it is not affected by nitrogen, carbon dioxide, or trace amounts of hydrocarbons.
