Additionally, there is a cooling tower, which is an important device for suppressing the generation of dioxins, developed through a collaborative research project involving industry, government, and academia, supported by a grant from Osaka Prefecture. The waste generated in chemical manufacturing processes often contains a high proportion of polymer-based materials and may include many chlorine compounds, making the suppression and removal of dioxins a critical aspect. 【Features】 - The incinerator uses a combination of a rotary kiln and a hydraulic-driven stoker. → Capable of incinerating all types of waste (mixing and conveying functions). - The cooling tower employs a two-stage control system for high and low temperatures. → Allows for precise temperature control. - The bag filter consists of two chambers, using slaked lime and activated carbon separately. → Efficient and economical. - Adopts a remote monitoring DCS control system.
