Temporary and Final Tightening Line Capper 'ALC40-T'
Just place the cap on top of the bottle! Thanks to the multi-head design, it can achieve speeds of up to 120 bottles per minute.
The "ALC40-T" is a line capper that shortens changeover time and is convenient for frequent changeovers with its temporary and final tightening features. With a touch panel, it allows for presetting of 10 channels of tightening torque. Our in-house developed servo control system achieves low torque tightening of less than 0.5N.
