We would like to introduce our automatic pouch filling sealer, 'PFS', which we handle. It is fully automatic except for manually supplying pouch bags into the filling device. It has few changeover parts, allowing for quick changeovers, making it suitable for small-scale production. 【Basic Operations】 (1) Take out each pouch from the bagging device using a clamp (2) Move to the opening and filling station (3) Use vacuum to suck both sides of the pouch and open it (4) Lower the nozzle, start filling, and raise the nozzle after filling is complete (5) Move to the sealing station (6) Heat shock (impulse) sealing (7) Open the pouch and let it flow downstream on the conveyor *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
