[New Product Announcement] The transceiver "IP510H" compatible with LTE and wireless LAN is set to be released!
On June 21, 2024, Icom's IP transceiver "IP510H" was released. This model supports wireless LAN (WLAN) in addition to the functions of the conventional IP502H. *Notes (from the manufacturer)* - The IP510H can operate with existing batteries BP-294/BP-290, but USB charging is not possible. BP-294/BP-290 can be charged when used with BC-269 (new option: charger), but using the transceiver while charging may prevent the battery from fully charging. - A SIM contract is required even when using WLAN only.
