It was announced by the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications in 2023 that the available frequency bands (number of channels) for simple radios (licensed stations and registered stations) operating as digital simple radios will increase. As a result, the number of channels for licensed stations will increase from 65 to 75, and for registered stations from 30 to 82. The newly announced frequencies cannot be used without submitting a change application. Additionally, you will need to prepare radios that are compatible with the new frequencies.
