Before the implementation, when devices were needed internally, initial setup and accessory preparation were carried out, and the devices were lent to users. When devices were returned by employees who left the company, their condition was checked, and they were initialized and maintained before being stored. Now, returned devices are sent directly to our company, and we have transitioned to a system that handles everything from condition checks to management and redistribution in one go.
