We would like to introduce a case where we implemented 10 units of our digital simple radio "SRD585BT" at Yushima Tenmangu Shrine. Previously, they were using specific low-power transceivers, which had many areas with poor communication, making it difficult for staff to coordinate with each other. Additionally, due to the need to attach the radio to their hakama, there was a concern that larger radios could affect their appearance. After the implementation, communication was established throughout the shrine grounds, eliminating disruptions to operations and allowing for better coordination among staff. The adoption of open-ear type earphones also enables staff to easily adjust their earphones when interacting with customers.
