High corrosion-resistant and heat-resistant nickel alloy "Alloy 625"

Excellent corrosion resistance and heat resistance! Used in components such as chemical plants and waste incineration plants.

"Aloy 625 (NCF625, UNS N06625)" is a nickel-based alloy that is solid-solution strengthened by adding molybdenum and niobium to nickel-chromium. Due to its excellent corrosion resistance and heat resistance, it is used as a material in chemical plants, waste incineration plants, and more. Welding can be performed using TIG, MIG, and shielded arc welding, similar to standard austenitic stainless steels, and welding materials should use nickel-based welding materials. 【Features】 ■ Strength at high temperatures is significantly higher than that of SUS304 ■ Cold workability is almost equivalent to standard austenitic stainless steels such as SUS304 and SUS316 ■ Sensitivity to weld solidification cracking is higher than that of SUS304 ■ Heat treatment: Annealing at 871°C with rapid cooling / Solution heat treatment at 1093°C with rapid cooling ■ Pickling uses a mixed acid of nitric acid and hydrofluoric acid *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
