High corrosion-resistant nickel alloy "Alloy 400 (UNS N04400)"

At room temperature, it is soft and easy to bend! An alloy that combines the noble properties of Cu and the passivation properties of Ni.

"Aloy 400 (UNS N04400)" is an alloy that combines the noble properties of Cu and the passivation properties of Ni, offering excellent corrosion resistance. It is used in seawater desalination plants, heat exchangers, and marine construction coatings. Welding can be performed using TIG, MIG, coated arc welding, and resistance welding. For MIG welding, YNiCu-7 is recommended. 【Features】 ■ At room temperature, it is softer than SUS 304, making bending and processing easy. ■ Welding can be done using TIG, MIG, coated arc welding, and resistance welding. ■ Annealing is performed at 700–900°C, and rapid air cooling is desirable. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
