Drive blend method / Bonding method

Effect pigments are added to powder coatings later! Introducing two methods.

Two established methods for incorporating effect pigments into powder coatings are introduced: "Drive Blend Method / Bonding Method." In the "Drive Blend Method," a simple and inexpensive mixing machine is used to mix effect pigments and powder coatings as gently as possible. The "Bonding Method" thermally adheres effect pigments to the particles of powder coatings. The composition of overspray is almost the same as that of unused powder coatings. 【Features of Pro-Bonding】 ■ Recovery of overspray (scattered powder) ■ Improvement of powder properties ■ Dry flowability ■ Charge and adhesion of uncured powder ■ Uniform surface quality ■ High concentration of effect pigments (up to 20%) *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
