Ultrasonic Welding This is a technology that generates frictional heat at the plastic interface by applying ultrasonic vibration energy and pressure to plastic parts, instantly welding them together. We currently operate 14 machines. Component Assembly We carry out assembly for temperature sensors, optical communication components, card readers, copier paper feed units, microscope inspections, automotive parts processing, and antenna assembly. In the manufacturing department, we perform various types of assembly. In special processes, we conduct manual soldering for areas that cannot be mounted by machines, including transistors, resistors, LCDs, sensors, LEDs, switches, and other soldering tasks.
