Ultra-Precision Special Mirror Polishing Processing Our company's ultra-precision special mirror polishing technology is an original method developed through continuous challenges to shapes and materials that were previously deemed "difficult or impossible" with conventional polishing methods (grinding, electrolysis, chemical, blasting, buffing, barrel, etc.). We can finish rough surfaces to a mirror finish according to the shape (please see processing examples). Automatic Machine Assembly Manufacturing We manufacture assembly equipment for automotive electronic components using cam mechanisms for transport, work supply, pick and press, and extraction machines, achieving production cycles of around one second. There is a trend towards minimizing capital investment in expensive equipment, and we actively propose semi-automatic devices and jigs with short production periods at prices commensurate with quality and production scale. Areas of Expertise By utilizing our technology, we can not only achieve mirror (gloss) finishes through polishing but also remove fine burrs without damaging edges. Additionally, we can polish the entire surface of complex uneven shapes. We provide ultra-precision special mirror polishing technology even for prototype parts in new development projects from just one piece.
