The mixing PC receives production information input from the setting PC, retrieves master data registered from the management PC from the database, and performs operations based on this information through automatic control, recording the mixing results in the database. Additionally, the mixing chart is recorded on the hard disk in CSV file format. The system design emphasizes a man/machine system to eliminate human errors. The operating system is Windows 10, enabling easy operation. It is also equipped with a high-resolution 19-inch LCD color monitor for better visibility.
