We would like to introduce the "Eco-Veil Cutter," a raw rubber cutting machine handled by Suzuka Engineering Co., Ltd. This product is an improved version of the conventional guillotine cutter. By machining triangular vertical grooves across the entire blade, we have succeeded in reducing the required cutting pressure by minimizing the contact area between the blade and the hard, thick raw rubber during cutting.
