By understanding forest surveys, we developed the "MORI TAG app" to solve the issue of abandoned forests!
This is an example of an app developed at the request of Arboreta LLC, which allows individuals conducting forest surveys to record information about standing trees. Previously, forest management involved recording survey results in paper notebooks, which posed challenges in accumulating and sharing long-term data. With this app, users can identify the identification numbers of standing trees using NFC tags and register survey results and photos on their smartphones, saving them to the cloud. This enables the collected tree data to be used as a catalog, creating a system that connects hardwoods to buyers.
