Sepra SA101 and SA201 are entirely new types of ultra-high purity polyimide molding materials based on Ube Industries' unique biphenyl tetracarboxylic acid dianhydride (BPDA). They are resins that maintain excellent properties over a wide range from low to high temperatures.
