The open-loop type wind tunnel "Model BWT/CWT" is a quality research wind tunnel designed for thermal analysis testing at the component level, such as electronic circuit board modules and heat sinks. It features a honeycomb structure and screens to prevent flow disturbances in the test section, providing a uniform and stable airflow of 0 to 5 m/sec. This wind tunnel can be operated in both vertical and horizontal orientations. The test section is made of plexiglass, allowing for easy observation of the flow. There are ports for various probes at 12 locations, enabling the insertion of thermocouples, pitot tubes, airflow sensors, and temperature sensors into the test section. Additionally, a wind tunnel controller is provided, allowing for easy control of the airflow speed within the wind tunnel test section via PC connection.
